Shipping information

We ship all parcels via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service provides tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Certain products are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons.

We do accept returns on cosmetic and body products, unless you can prove the seal is not broken.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us via our contact page to inform us of your intention to return the item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7  business days.
